Our Mission: 
The Mission of the Rural Parish Clinic is exercised through a robust team of volunteer physicians, dentists, nurses, hygienists, administrators, and a small paid staff. Inspired by the mercy and healing of Jesus Christ, the clinic seeks to encounter the whole human person by offering personal and intentional healthcare. 

The Rural Parish Clinic serve people in need of primary medical and dental care in rural communities with a mobile medical and dental clinic. The patients served are uninsured, income-qualifying persons (under 200% poverty level) regardless of faith who live in rural Missouri. 
The Nurse Administrator for the Medical Clinic is a full-time leadership position committed to the Mission, Values and Standards of the Rural Parish Clinic (RPC). The position will provide direct oversight of the mobile medical clinic serving the rural areas within the Archdiocese of St. Louis, requiring a nursing license, experience, and 5-7 years of administrative or clinical leadership in health care. This position will work with the Medical Director of the RPC to manage and expand the mobile medical clinic operations, recruit, on-board and orient new volunteers, coordinate medical clinic on site, expand our collaboration within the rural communities we serve as source for patient referral, develop new clinic sites, schedule volunteers to serve on the clinics and assist them in patient care and procedures, and oversee the medical clinic Coordinators. The Rural Parish clinic serves uninsured, income qualifying g persons regardless of faith who live in rural Missouri. Travel to rural clinic sites, an understanding of rural medicine and sense of mission to the uninsured is essential. 
 

Job Responsibilities

•    Manages daily administrative aspects of running a growing charitable mobile medical clinic. 
•    Coordinates patient care with the medical director of RPC and oversees the medical clinic coordinators.
•    Manages dispensary on the mobile medical clinic.
•    Reviews and follow up lab and test results and pharmacy refill requests as directed by a physician.
•    Ensures the medical clinic maintains the state of Missouri Reporting requirements, including but not limited to OSHA and CLIA requirements.
•    Organizes and maintains efficient operations of the medical clinic.
•    Create and maintain policies and procedures for clinical operations, collaborating with dental administrator for overlapping policies.
•    Maintain licenses for the medical clinic and all volunteers.
•    Aids the coordinators in maintain and care of the mobile vehicle, reporting and fiscal resp expenses.
•    Recruits, credentials, orients new volunteers to support the maintenance and growth of the medical clinic.
•    Develops collaborative networks within the rural communities we serve in collaboration with the dental administrator and operations administrator.
•    Provides continued development of existing sites and new sited development, volunteer development and patient recruitment from the rural areas.
•    Coordinates medical clinic operational meetings and prepares meeting materials and minutes.
•    Maintains communication with volunteers, working to develop volunteer educational opportunities and growth as well as appreciation events.
•    Aids the Medical director in medical clinic donor development and opportunities for funding through grants and grant report completion
 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
•    Current Missouri Nursing License
•    5-7 years of administrative, nursing or healthcare leadership experience
•    Current driver’s license and proof of insurance
•    Experience with EMRs, strong computer skills, maintain patient and program data, creating and generating reports, communications, and development.
•    Outstanding organizational, analytical, and people skills 
•    Strong written and oral communication skills
