Job Summary

Shift Availability 

Full-Time - Days with weekends

Part-Time - Days with weekends

Part-Time - Evenings with weekends


Duties & Responsibilities*

  • Set tables.
  • Prepare residents' trays based on diet descriptions.
  • Assist residents with cutting meat, opening milk, condiments, juice, etc.
  • Complete all cleaning assignments.
  • Properly label, date, and store food.
  • Operate dish machine correctly and efficiently, ensuring dishes and silverware are clean, sanitized, and air-dried.
  • Scrape, wash, rinse, and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils following three-compartment sink guidelines.
  • Return all cleaned items to appropriate storage areas.
  • Clean dish machine and dish room thoroughly after each meal.
  • Receive and put away stock using the FIFO (First In First Out) method.
  • Empty trashcans, clean and sanitize them, and dispose of trash correctly. Replace trash liners.
  • Sweep and mop floors thoroughly.
  • Perform heavy-duty cleaning as assigned.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Pre-Employment Screening
