The Archdiocese of St. Louis strives to teach and share our faith, serve others, and foster unity throughout the St. Louis area.  Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

Job Summary

The Executive Director leads the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation to raise resources that provide need-based scholarships to families in the St. Louis area who face financial barriers to a parochial or private school education for their children. This role champions a vision to give children a pathway to a hopeful future through educational choice and opportunity.

Job Requirements

Fundraising Expertise with proven success in planning and securing individual, corporate and foundation gifts. Experience with special events is a plus. • Exceptional Communication Skills as a public speaker and written communicator. • Strategic Thinker with an ability to develop a direction and plan. • Program Evaluation with the ability to assess programs and initiatives for mission alignment. • Visionary Leadership with an eye for growth and the ability to inspire and lead. • Alignment with an affinity for working and collaborating with the Archdiocese of St. Louis and the Office of Catholic Education. • Financial Acumen in budget planning and management in partnership with the finance team. • Leadership Experience with demonstrated success leading teams and positively engaging Board members and staff.
