The Archdiocese of St. Louis, nicknamed Rome of the West, is comprised of geographical parishes, each anchored by one or more churches that serve as spiritual homes and community gathering spaces throughout the City of St. Louis and 10 surrounding Missouri counties.

administration of the archdiocese and the pastoral care of the Church.
