Job Summary
The teacher’s aide (paraprofessional) supports classroom instruction under the direction of the lead teacher. Responsibilities include assisting with daily classroom activities, providing one-on-one or small-group support to students, helping manage student behavior, supervising students during non-instructional times (recess, lunch, arrival/dismissal), preparing instructional materials, and maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Strong communication, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit are essential to this role.
Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
