Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and passionate Enrichment Teacher who will inspire students. The ideal candidate brings both subject expertise and a love for working with children in a Christ-centered environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging enrichment lessons aligned with school values and student developmental levels.

• Create a classroom culture that supports creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and a love of learning.

• Integrate Catholic values, character development, and a spirit of wonder into classroom activities.

• Collaborate with homeroom teachers and administrators to support cross-curricular connections.

• Encourage student expression and exploration through varied projects, performances, or presentations.

• Maintain a well-organized and welcoming learning environment.

• Monitor and assess student participation, growth, and progress.

• Communicate effectively with parents, faculty, and staff.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant content area (Master’s degree preferred).

• Experience teaching in a school setting, preferably with elementary or middle school students.

• Passion for Catholic education and the development of the whole child.

• Creative, flexible, and energetic teaching style.

• Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.
