Technician, Maintenance

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep and repair of [facilities, grounds, equipment, etc.] during the busy season. This role involves performing general maintenance duties, supporting preventative maintenance schedules, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for all users and staff.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds

  • Assist with landscaping, mowing, irrigation, and snow/ice removal (if applicable)

  • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively

  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

  • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or issues immediately

  • Support special projects or event setup/takedown as needed

  • Keep work areas clean and organized
