Job Summary
Our Lady Catholic School is seeking a qualified, energetic individual for the position of a part-time paraprofessional position for the upcoming 2025-26 school year. This will be for Middle School ELA and Math.
Job Responsibilities
This individual will work closely with the learning consultants & classroom teachers to implement individualized support so that students experience success academically, behaviorally, and socially-emotionally.
Our curriculum focuses on educating the whole child: spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and physically while meeting the Archdiocesan Unified Curriculum Standards.
Job Requirements
Teaching experience is helpful but not required. The para should enjoy working with children. The applicant should be able to follow directions in learning to implement lessons, collect data, or to supervise activities as determined by the classroom teacher with consultation and training from the learning consultant. The applicant should have a good understanding of the developmental needs of the age child with whom they are working. The applicant should have strong communication skills.
