Job Summary

Blessed Teresa of Calcutta School: Elementary School Administrator Technology Specialist
Position Overview: This position will support various administrative functions essential for the smooth operation of our school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Roster All Assessments: Maintain accurate records of student assessments and ensure compliance with assessment schedules.
  • NWEA Testing Coordinator: Coordinate logistics and administration of NWEA MAP testing, including scheduling, proctoring, and data management.
  • Oversee IXL ( Passwords and program).
  • Technology Leader: Support Teachers and staff with Smartboards, and technology. Oversee Teacherease, the BTC Staff Site, and all things technology..
  • Teacher- Teach one technology class for students in grades PreK through 8th Grade.
  • Professional Learning and Onboarding for new teachers and staff.
     

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in educational software systems is preferred.
  • An understanding of Google, Microsoft, Excel and technology resources for students.
