Job Summary

St. Joseph Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled and enthusiastic Consultant-Learning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized plans tailored to student needs.
  • Provide differentiated instruction and accommodations
  • Utilize research-based strategies to support students with learning disabilities, emotional challenges, and developmental delays.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic achievement and spiritual growth.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure students receive appropriate support.
  • Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Participate in professional development, school meetings, and faith-based activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
  • Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
  • Experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a Catholic or faith-based setting.
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, differentiated instruction, and behavioral interventions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church preferred
