Job Summary

School secretary needed mornings five days per week. 7:45 am - 12:30 pm. Office duties as well as cafeteria supervision.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, and handling correspondence

  • Maintain student attendance records and manage basic clerical tasks

  • Support school staff with scheduling, communication, and administrative needs

  • Supervise students in the cafeteria during breakfast and/or lunch periods

  • Ensure a safe and orderly environment in both the office and cafeteria

  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by school administration

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a school or office setting preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable supervising children and enforcing basic rules

  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, word processing)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
