Job Summary
We are seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic Nursery Aide to assist in the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will support lead teachers and caregivers in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
Job Responsibilities

Assist in supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities

Support feeding, diapering, and toileting routines in a hygienic and respectful manner

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom and play area

Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities

Assist in preparing materials and setting up learning activities

Provide comfort and care to children who are upset or unwell

Observe children's behavior and report any concerns to the teacher or supervisor

Follow all health and safety regulations and center policies
Job Requirements

Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children preferred

Basic knowledge of child development and early childhood education

Patience, compassion, and good communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
Work Conditions:

May require lifting children, standing for extended periods, and working indoors and outdoors

Schedule may vary depending on center needs (part-time/full-time, early mornings, or afternoons)
