Job Summary

St. Bridget of Kildcare is hiring for a Communications Specialist. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Create combined parish's (St. Bridget of Kildare, St Mary of Perpetual Help and St. James Church weekly(Friday @ 3:00pm distribution) FLOCKNOTE
  • Create / update combined parish's (St. Bridget of Kildare, St Mary of Perpetual Help and St. James Church weekly bulletin (due for submission every Wednesday by 10:00am)
  • Manager all 3 parish site rentals: Gym, Gym Kitchen, SBK Cafe', church
  • Manager PHOL (Parish Helper Online) for research and update of sacraments
  • Answer office phones
  • Answer door for deliveries and visitors
  • Coordinate all funeral, wedding, and baptism sacraments. Enter in each parish' official record books
  • Manage parish . school online calendar
  • Manage parish website(s)
  • Create all flyers for each parish' activities / events
  • Create / manage parish video newsletter
  • Any other duties as assigned by the parish priest

Job Requirements

Job: Full Time

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
