Position: HR Director
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Human Resources Department, supervising the HR Generalist and Recruiter.
- Manage the employment function: develop recruiting sources, review candidates, conduct interviews, select candidates, test, prepare job offers, and manage new hire orientation.
- Assist supervisors with corrective counseling and disciplinary procedures. Advise management, participate in employee coaching and counseling sessions, and handle employee terminations with proper documentation.
- Collaborate with the Central Ministry Office to develop and administer personnel policies and procedures, ensuring they are current. Explain and enforce policies to coworkers.
- Attend coworker, committee, and Board meetings as required.
- Act as liaison for union activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
- Experience with unions is helpful.

Pre-Employment Screening
