Job Summary

This position provides general administrative support to the Office of Sacred Worship.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for various administrative needs to aid Director & Office Coordinator
  • Printing of program booklets & sending materials to designers for them to layout
  • Prepare and review office correspondence, memos, and other documents as requested
  • Update database records and office website as needed
  • Create spreadsheet of Annual Publications Book Order    
  • Monthly reporting of songs used under our music license for Archdiocesan events
  • Assist with meeting preparations and logistics
  • Assist with workshop preparations and logistics
  • Create and distribute Chapel Calendar every two months; coordinating priest & volunteer schedules
  • Coordinate with Regina Cleri to schedule Reconciliation with priests
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, including printer supplies  
  • Assist with Spring Cathedral Confirmations—coordinating the mailing and stamping of cards & other correspondence
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher)
  • Familiarity and support of the Catholic Church required
  • Liturgical knowledge beneficial, but not required
