Job Summary
The After Care School Program Staff provides a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for students after regular school hours. This role involves supervising children, leading activities, and assisting with homework or quiet play.
Job Responsibilities

Supervise students from 3:10 PM to 5:30 PM, ensuring their safety at all times

Lead age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, or reading

Assist with homework and encourage positive social interaction

Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful environment

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff

Follow all school policies and procedures

Support students with transitions and end-of-day routines

Report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate school personnel
Job Requirements

Must be a faith-filled Christian adult and positive role model
-
Prevent and Protect certification through the Archdiocese of St. Louis (or equivalent)

Experience working with children preferred

Ability to manage groups of children in a calm and professional manner

Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
