Job Summary
We are looking for an instructional aide. This individual should be faith filled and a team player. The instructional aide would be responsible for assisting the teacher in the daily routine of the classroom, such as helping with instruction, extra duties, and participating in professional development as the principal may seem fit. The individual would need to have experience or knowledge of the age group so they have an understanding of the developmental needs of the students they are working with.
Job Responsibilities

Assist the teacher with daily classroom routines and instructional activities

Support students individually or in small groups as directed

Help with classroom management, organization, and supervision

Perform additional duties such as recess, lunch, or arrival/dismissal support

Participate in professional development and school activities as assigned

Foster a positive, faith-filled learning environment
Job Requirements

Faith-filled and supportive of the school’s Catholic mission

Experience or knowledge of child development for the assigned age group

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Dependable, flexible, and eager to support classroom needs

Willing to participate in ongoing training and school events

Must pass background checks and meet diocesan requirements
