Job Summary
Assumption Catholic Church is seeking an Art Teacher for K-8th grade.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan lessons, engage students in learning, and assess student progress
- Establish a culture for learning within the classroom
- Care for art supplies and equipment
- Manage classroom behavior for an environment of respect and rapport
- Foster a faith-filled prayerful classroom community and model Catholic Christian values
- Maintain accurate records of student progress
- Communicate with families and with other staff members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Teaching certificate
- Catholic preferred
