RPC offers free primary medical and dental care in rural communities with mobile medical and dental clinics to uninsured, income qualifying (less than 200% federal poverty level) residents, regardless of faith, who live in rural Missouri.
Job Summary
We are searching for a talented and professional Community Outreach Coordinator to initiate, manage, and maintain all community outreach activities, and our partnerships. The Community Outreach Coordinator will represent the Rural Parish Clinic (RPC) and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase visibility within the communities we serve, while expanding and managing our partnerships. The Community Outreach Coordinator will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and community-driven to take on this exciting role. This position requires someone equipped with a positive attitude and readiness to be a team player.
Job Responsibilities
Community Outreach
- Manage a calendar of outreach activities, including events, workshops, and communication opportunities.
- Cultivate volunteers and team members to support key initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with peers and local volunteer organizations to ensure effective volunteer and collaboration practices.
Relationship Management
- Foster and maintain both new and existing partnerships.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, including partnership policies, procedures, and contracts as necessary.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on partnership activities.
- Implement and maintain an efficient system for partnership administration and insights.
Communications
- Act as the primary contact for all collaboration requests, ensuring timely responses via phone, email, social media, and written communications.
- Develop and manage communication strategies, including collateral materials, website updates, and social media, to recruit and engage partners.
Clinical Partnerships
- Oversee clinical partnerships, including scheduling and communication with partners and supporters.
Calendar Management

Manage the Long-Range and website calendars.
Job Requirements
• A proactive leader who works independently within defined responsibilities.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
• Proven expertise in marketing, advertising, and social media, with a history of successfully engaging target audiences and driving action.
• Effective interpersonal skills with experience in written and verbal communication, including public speaking, networking, and group training.
• Expertise in project, event, and change management within partnership/relationship management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with creative and cloud-based productivity tools, including TEAMs, Canva, Monday.com, eClinical Works (eCW), Flocknote, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat DC Pro).
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
