Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? At Cardinal Ritter Senior Services, doing the right thing, the right way, for the right reason is our way of life. We are currently hiring a Staffing Coordinator for our Mary, Queen & Mother Center, Skilled Nursing Facility.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and staff the Nursing Department to ensure 24-hour coverage using cost-saving measures.
  • Schedule to budget, minimizing overtime whenever possible (Administrator approval required for over-scheduling).
  • Maintain schedules one month in advance.
  • Keep accurate records for agency licensing and open positions.
  • Ensure Nursing Department timesheets are updated and accurate in Enterprise.
  • Submit timesheets to Payroll Department on time each pay period.
  • Review vacation and holiday requests within department guidelines.
  • Track agency usage history and verify agency invoices against scheduling data.
  • Supervise the Assistant Staffing Coordinator.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Typing and data processing skills.
  • Basic understanding of the Time Keeping System.

Pay

  • $41,568.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Pre-Employment Screening
