Job Summary

Responsible for updating donors related information, processing daily deposits and administration of matching gift program. Assists with other aspects of administering fundraising activities including mailings, events, and special projects.

Job Responsibilities

· Enter data for individuals and organizations, including address updates, constituent demographics changes, and gifts.

· Optimizes operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

· Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures.

· Administer matching gift program.

· Reviews matching gift forms for accuracy and completeness.

· Maintains donor and gift records.

· Produces daily and monthly reports as needed.

· Assists with daily general ledger postings and reconcilements.

· Process daily deposits.

· Assists pastors, donors, parish staff, and volunteers as needed.

· Responds to donor and interoffice inquiries.

· Assists with the coordination of the annual employee pledge drive.

· Distributes office mail.

· Provides assistance with events and special projects.

· Clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence and memos.

· Supports workflow coordinator as needed.

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

· High School Diploma

· Some banking experience preferred

· Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

· Accurate keyboard skills
