St. Gerard Majella Aftercare Director

 

Job Description: The Aftercare Director will be responsible for managing a comprehensive after-school program for children in grades Kindergarten and up, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment for students from 3:00 PM to 5:30pm daily. Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: scheduling and supervising a team of Aftercare employees, maintaining student safety and conducting daily attendance tracking, and coordinating communication with parents and school administration.
