Job Summary
The Facilities Director provides strategic and operational leadership for all facilities, maintenance, environmental safety, and capital projects across the various ministry properties. This role oversees building operations, life safety and regulatory compliance, vendor and contract management, budgets and purchasing, fleet and insurance administration, and staff development. The Facilities Director serves as the ministry’s Safety Officer (as applicable), ensuring OSHA, Joint Commission Environment of Care (EOC)/Life Safety, and other regulatory standards are met, while supporting a safe, reliable, and cost-effective environment for coworkers, residents/clients, programs, and visitors.
