Guided by the teachings of Jesus Christ, Saint Louis Counseling supports healing and improved mental health for families and children of all backgrounds through professional counseling and psychiatric services. Saint Louis Counseling operates eight offices throughout metropolitan St. Louis. In addition, its School Partnership Program (SPP) therapists provide onsite services to students at more than 100 schools as well as children who are homeless living at area shelters. 

Job Summary

Provide recruitment, selection, retention, legal compliance, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, and employee events. This position is expected to develop and implement a solid human resources function with processes and systems that strengthen our mission.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or Human Resources Management and 3-5 years of experience in human resources.  SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SP/SPHR preferred.

Pre-Employment Screening 
All candidates receiving an employment offer must submit a pre-employment screening. The screenings will include criminal background check and other background checks (as needed), Family Care Safety Registration, drug screen, an employment and education or licensure/certification verification, and Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination. Various positions will require physical examination, Tuberculosis screening and Hepatitis A. All offers are contingent upon successful completion of required screening.
