Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to transport passengers along scheduled routes, ensuring a safe, timely, and comfortable journey. The ideal candidate will have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), a clean driving record, and excellent customer service skills.
Job Responsibilities

Safely operate a bus along assigned routes and schedules.

Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops.

Assist passengers with boarding, especially those with disabilities or mobility issues.

Monitor passenger behavior and maintain a safe and respectful onboard environment.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any mechanical issues.

Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel use, and passenger counts.

Follow traffic laws and transportation regulations at all times.

Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and passengers.

Respond appropriately to emergencies, breakdowns, or incidents on the road.

Keep the bus clean and in good operating condition.
Job Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger (P) endorsement.

Clean driving record with no recent accidents or violations.

Proven experience as a bus driver (preferred but not required for entry-level roles).

Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Pass background check and drug screening.
