Job Summary

The Falcon Forward Teacher serves as a program facilitator for the Falcon Forward Program and St. Louis Catholic Academy activities. This role provides structured support to students during after-school enrichment, academic, and community-building opportunities.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Falcon Forward programming, ensuring activities run smoothly and align with SLCA’s mission.

  • Support student engagement, learning, and character development through structured enrichment and academic sessions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan, deliver, and supervise program activities.

  • Uphold and model SLCA’s expectations for student conduct, responsibility, and participation.

  • Maintain communication with program leaders regarding student progress and needs.

  • Ability to foster a safe, positive, and engaging environment for students.
