Maintenance - Christ the King Parish

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for the upkeep and repair of buildings, equipment, and machinery. This role involves routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and responding to urgent repair requests to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to mechanical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Repair and troubleshoot issues with mechanical equipment, electrical wiring, fixtures, and structural components.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance service requests.
  • Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
  • Keep tools and maintenance areas clean and organized.
