Marriage and Family Apostolate Coordinator

Job Summary

The Marriage and Family Apostolate Coordinator assumes primary responsibility for implementing a relationship ministry focused on strengthening relationships, marriages and families within the parish and community.

Job Responsibilities

Ministry Focus: Relationship Ministry

1. Serve as primary liaison with our ministry partner, Communio for evangelization resources and services.  

2. Develop a culture of evangelization in the parish that supports movement from “maintenance” to “mission”.

3. Lead Relationship Culture Team, responsible for executing the initiative to invite, disciple, and accompany members of our parish community through Outreach and Ongoing Engagements, into Growth Journeys where relationship skills content is delivered.

• Organize and execute regular mobile surveys of Sunday Mass attendees.
• Lead in mobilization of volunteers to execute Outreach events (2-3 per year), Ongoing Engagements (6-8 per year) and Growth journeys (2-3 tracks per year)
• Track and analyze data to ensure Relationship Culture Team is achieving Mission Outcomes.

Availability to work flexible and irregular schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings is critical.
