Job Summary

Queen of All Saints Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled, dynamic Middle School Science Teacher for grades 6–8 for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore, discover, and think critically about the world around them while nurturing their faith and character within a supportive Catholic community.

Job Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging science instruction aligned with Archdiocesan and state standards, integrating hands-on experiments, inquiry-based learning, and cross-curricular connections. Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, problem-solving, and a love of learning while maintaining high academic and behavioral expectations. Incorporate technology and innovative practices to enhance student learning and exploration. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners. Collaborate with middle school team members and administration to support student success and contribute to a positive school culture. Communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues to build strong partnerships. Participate actively in the spiritual and community life of the school, modeling Catholic values and guiding students in their faith formation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Science-related field (required). Missouri teaching certification (or the ability to obtain certification). Experience teaching middle school students preferred. Practicing Catholic preferred, with a willingness to support and participate in the faith life of the school. Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills. Commitment to fostering the academic, spiritual, and personal growth of each student.
