Job Summary

The Archdiocese of Saint Louis has an opportunity for a full-time Implementation Specialist. This position is part of the Office of Information Technology and is located at the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO. The Archdiocese is a non-profit organization which encompasses 185 parishes, 146 schools, 60 offices/agencies and a Catholic population of more than 500,000.

Job Responsibilities

· Active role in analysis, design, implementation and setting up maintenance schedules for projects at Archdiocesan facilities relative to I.T. infrastructure.

· Projects will adhere to Archdiocesan policy and procedures and designs must incorporate industry defined best practices.

· Adherence to budget constraints.

· This position reports to the I.T. Special Projects Manager to ensure schedules and deadlines are maintained.

· Up to 40% travel within the Archdiocese of St. Louis. This includes parishes, offices and agencies.

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent related work experience required.

· Must have a fundamental working knowledge of networking which includes firewall setup and maintenance, managed switch configuration including VLAN and QOS configurations, wireless technologies, and integration with VOIP.

· Experience with UniFi is a plus.

· Cisco\Meraki firewall-security appliance experience is a big plus.

· Must be self starter who can function effectively alone and with a team.

· Experience in educational environments and non-profit is a plus.
