Job Summary

First-Grade classroom teacher in a self-contained classroom

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan lessons, engage students in learning, and assess student progress
  • Establish a culture for learning within the classroom
  • Manage classroom behavior for an environment of respect and rapport
  • Foster a faith-filled prayerful classroom community and model Catholic Christian values
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress
  • Communicate with families 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Certified to teach elementary or early childhood 
  • Catholic preferred
