Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment that supports the intellectual, social, and emotional development of students across various grade levels. This position requires flexibility, strong classroom management, and the ability to teach core subjects in alignment with state and district curriculum standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.

  • Teach core subjects such as reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies (as applicable).

  • Create a classroom environment that promotes active learning, respect, and positive behavior.

  • Use formative and summative assessments to track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.

  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior.

  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and administration to support student achievement and school goals.

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other required documentation.

  • Participate in school-wide events, professional development, and faculty meetings.

  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.

  • Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring student safety and well-being at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required).

  • Valid teaching certification/license for elementary and/or middle grades in the applicable state.

  • Prior teaching experience at the K–8 level is preferred but not required.

  • Strong knowledge of instructional best practices and classroom management techniques.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to integrate technology into the curriculum effectively.

  • Commitment to fostering a growth mindset and inclusive learning environment.
