Job Summary

The Marketing, Enrollment, and Communications Specialist supports the mission of All Saints Parish and Grade School by promoting the parish and school’s identity, increasing student enrollment, and fostering positive engagement with current and prospective families, parishioners, alumni, and the wider community. This individual develops and implements strategies in marketing, public relations, enrollment management, and communications that reflect and strengthen the parish/school’s Catholic identity and commitment to excellence in education and discipleship.  

Job Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communication plan aligned with school and parish goals.
  • Create engaging content for the parish/school website, newsletters, social media, and print materials.
  • Ensure consistent and mission-aligned messaging across all platforms and publications.
  • Design and manage digital and print promotional materials including flyers, brochures, banners, advertisements, and press releases.
  • Maintain and enhance the parish/school’s online presence, including helping manage the website and social media accounts.

 

Enrollment & Admissions: 

  • Oversee all aspects of student recruitment, including planning and executing Open Houses, school tours, and information sessions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing timely and welcoming communication throughout the admissions process.
  • Provide communication and assistance for families applying for financial aid (MO Scholars, Today and Tomorrow Foundation, etc…)
  • Collaborate with school leadership to identify target demographics and develop strategies to grow enrollment.
  • Maintain enrollment data and metrics for analysis and reporting. 

 

Community & Parish Engagement: 

  • Foster strong relationships with current families, parishioners, alumni, and the surrounding community.
  • Coordinate school presence at parish events and community outreach opportunities.
  • Support development and fundraising events through marketing and communication efforts. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or communications, preferably in a school or non-profit setting.
  • Practicing Catholic in good standing, with a clear understanding of and commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), website CMS platforms, and social media tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Warm, professional, and mission-driven demeanor.
