Job Summary

St Paul Catholic School, St Paul is seeking a dedicated and faith-filled 5th Grade Teacher to provide a well-rounded academic and spiritual education to students. The teacher will foster a Christ-centered classroom that promotes academic excellence, social growth, and the integration of Catholic values.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in core subjects including Religion, English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

• Integrate Catholic teachings and values across all subject areas.

• Use varied instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

• Assess and monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments.

• Maintain a classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and a sense of community.

• Prepare students for participation in Mass, prayer services, and religious activities.

• Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with colleagues.

• Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and school events.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.

• Valid teaching certification or eligibility.

• Practicing Catholic committed to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.

• Experience teaching upper elementary students preferred.

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
