Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining and updating parish databases, communication platforms, and sacramental records, while providing administrative support through document preparation, donor correspondence, and liturgical announcements. This role supports both internal operations and external parish communications to ensure accuracy and engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Input and update Servant Keeper, Parish Register and Parish Helper Online.
- Pull monthly St. Louis Review list and submit by email.
- Write petitions and announcements for each weekend.
- Email web developer to update the website, as needed.
- Update Facebook, as needed.
- File office documents.
- Print thank you letters and/or tax disclosure forms for qualified donors.
- Create and print Baptismal, First Communion and First Reconciliation Certificates.
- Other duties, as needed.
